It’s so tough everything being up in the air, not knowing if events are on or off and this massively effects our motivation, training and fitness. With the help of our fine friends at Propello Cycling we have put together a FREE 9 week training plan to give you some structure and routine to your training. Hopefully, this will help keep you motivated physically and mentally so when the flag is finally lifted you’re in the best possible condition to hit the road in style.

This plan can be adapted for ANY level of rider and can be done both indoor and on the road, plus there are some simple strength exercises to keep the body strong and in tip top condition. The research really does support that following a plan is far better for us, and gets us off the couch!


Normally this 9 week plan would cost £65, we are offering it to you for free but if you are able an £8 donation to CALM it would be so appreciated.
